Based in Dorset, in the UK, Meraki Vagary has an eclectic back mix including breeding Jellyfish as a Marine Biologist, Hairdressing, Fitness Instructing and for the last 10 years, Teaching Art & Design (moderating for AQA and training Teachers).

Focusing on contemporary issues within society, her work focuses on organic processes and performance to find a slower way of living and to reconnect with the natural world.

Often seen as weird and strange, the interactions between Meraki and nature are quite bizarre and yet the audience enjoys this connection and relationship.
